Virtual Social: Migration Pause
7-8:30 PM ET
Join Nicole and Jen for a relaxing & fun virtual pause.
Just as migratory birds rely on safe places to rest along their journeys, we too need moments of refuge and renewal.
This virtual gathering is for Black birders and centers mental health, community care, and the power of pausing as rest is not a luxury; it’s survival.
Though we may be traveling different paths, we can rest in the same sanctuary. Together, we’ll explore what it means to pause, heal, and hold space for one another across distance.
Let’s rest, reflect, and reclaim our peace. -

No more “seagull” shame.
